WHO WE ARE


Bunkerhotel+ is a design studio with offices in Brussel, Amsterdam and Wrocław. With a proven track record in designing and developing complex mixed urban projects and architectural projects through public-private collaboration (PPC). Bunkerhotel+ is the key actor in these public-private collaborations by merging and bridging the goals, conditions and ambitions of the owners, government and neighborhoods into feasible, liveable and profitable realizations with a win-win for all involved stakeholders.


Today, designated by city authorities and landowners, we are running several large-scale mixed investments (±400,000 m2) in Brussels (Machalen) and Ghent in public-private cooperation (PPC). The "ENSEMBLE" concept by Bunkerhotel + is also part of these investments.


We have experience in developing businesses (Snauwaert) for both construction and conceptual projects, and we have completed complex buildings (including MAS Antwerp Museum, Stuk Leuven, STC Rotterdam).
